We have stayed only one night at Woodfield and are so happy to have found such a grand, clean and " oh so comfy" accommodation when we visit relatives in London. The house is elegant and beautifully appointed and the hosts are most gracious....delicious breakfast....located in Woodfield Heritage District of London where all the homes and gardens are so pretty. We will happily stay at Woodfield each time we visit in London. Thank you, Anne and Damien.

What a treasure of a place. It maybe centrally located in London near shopping and restaraunts but is quiet and peaceful. This beautiful old home has wonderful architecture. Large nicely decorated bedrooms with private baths have you feeling like you are at a comfortable, luxurious spa. Our hosts served a delightful breakfast and were most welcoming. This the only place we will stay whenever we are in London.

We had such a delightful and sublime stay at Woodfield. Kind, warm and generous hospitality. Amazing accommodations in an amazing historic house lovingly restored. The breakfast was absolutely sumptuous and scrumptious. What more can one ask for? And they did go out of their way to suggest restaurants even before we arrived. Thanks Anne And Damien. We shall definitely return.

What a lovely place to stay in London! And the hosts are so friendly!
Walking distance from Victoria Park and downtown, it is still in a quiet and historic neighbourhood of London.

Ann and her husband take pride in offering to the guests just the best; best in food, in service, a lovely room with our own bathroom. After a 3 week trip on the Route 66 in USA,

this last stop was the cherry on the cake! Discover Woodfield B&B and be surprised!

We had an extremely pleasant stay at the Woodfield Bed and Breakfast. It is situated in the most beautiful part of
London, close to downtown. Our hostess was gracious from the moment we arrived, very helpful and informative about places to visit in town. Our room (East Facing Balcony Room) was beautiful and the food was perfect; the fruit salad was to

die for! Thanks so much for having us, we will definitely recommend Woodfield B&B to all our friends and family!

Elegant & charming, yet warm and inviting. Our hostess was gracious and accommodating. 3 girlfriends and I stayed one night in the east and west rooms--both were spacious & clean. I especially enjoyed the fruit salad and yogurt at breakfast along with the eggs, sausage, ham, toast and hot coffee.

My husband and I and two other couples recently stayed at Woodfield B&B for five nights. Our hosts Anne and Damian made us feel right at home. After we asked for wine glasses and ice our first evening, they were always ready for our use in the subsequent nights. The house is amazing with high ceilings and gorgeous trim throughout and they did a fabulous job of restoring this old heritage home. The breakfast was very tasty and wonderfully presented and they were flexible on what time we would be served breakfast. We were well looked after by our hosts who provided us with information about the area. We will definitely be recommending this B&B to our friends and family and we will be back ourselves. Thanks Anne and Damian for your hospitality!

Just a one night stay but we promise to be back! The home and breakfast were great and walking distance to downtown restaurants too. Keep up the good work, Anne!

My wife and I spent one evening at the Woodfield B&B. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying there. For starters, the home/B&B has been beautifully restored and is immaculate in appearance. Anne and Damian have spared no expense in decorating it.

Anne is refreshingly down to earth and helpful, even giving us 5$ Canadian because we had not had time to change our US $ to Canadian before arriving, and needed money for parking at a local restaurant.

The room was clean, spotless, and beautifully decorated. We had an outdoor balcony that looked out over the grounds. It was a delightful place to seat and enjoy the morning and evening air.

Breakfast was delicious, a fresh fruit dish with yogurt to start, orange juice, and a choice of cereals, yummy toast, and eggs.

We may never travel to London again, but if we do, we'll make sure to stay at the Woodfield B&B.

I stayed at Woodfield B&B for three days this October. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house and my room were very attractive; the breakfasts were scrumptious; the hosts were congenial and helpful. Woodfield is a place I would strongly recommend to anyone travelling to London.

My fiance and I have been coming to London once a
month for just over 2 years. We have stayed at many B&B's and we're
delighted to find Woodfield B&B almost 1 year ago. The hosts Anne and
Damian are wonderful. The house is warm and inviting with hardwood flooring unlike anything I have ever seen.

We have stayed in all 3 bedrooms and enjoy them all. They are spacious, luxurious and warmly decorated. The beds are very comfortable with plush linens that are fresh and unique.

We love the balcony in the warm months with the view of gardens and many surrounding trees. The front porch is also very cozy and comfortable to lounge on with a glass of wine before we take a short walk downtown for dinner. The dining nearby is spectacular with many restaurants and bistros to enjoy. Sometimes we enjoy a stroll in the park on our way home. It's a beautiful area with homes from many different eras that are fascinating to view.

Anne and Damian are very personable hosts. They give us breakfast at a time that works for us, have taken the time to find out what we like best and always provide plenty of fresh berries and other fruit with our yogurt. Lit candles with breakfast adds to their special touch. They also provide umbrellas for rainy walks to dinner and always leave wine glasses in our room as they know we like to relax and enjoy our getaway with a glass of vino.

Thank-you Anne and Damian for our many wonderful stays at your B&B. We will definitely recommend you to everyone we know, and of course will be back again and again. See you next month.

Hello Anne and Damien!

A long overdue thank you for our fabulous stay with you in June. We were so impressed by the beautiful restoration work you'd done and your exquisite taste in linens and furniture. And as for the breakfast! What a glorious selection, and wonderfully presented. We felt sumptuously coddled! Thanks so much. We'll be back!  Elspeth.

Proprieters Anne and Damian Byrne make you feel welcome from the moment you step into their lovely Victorian home! Their attention to detail including plush towels and robes, candlelight at the breakfast table, a delicious hot breakfast made to order at the time you request, a pot of tea waiting for you at whatever time you return in the evening is superb; their hospitality knows no bounds.

The accommodations are clean, spacious and comfortable with wonderful bedding and each have a private bathroom. The East Side Balcony room offers a private balcony for your use and the the king bedded room has a jaccuzi tub in the bathroom.

They are quick to offer whatever help they can, from a pick up at the airport shuttle, to a first aid kit, to repairing a broken heel on my shoe, they seem to appear whenever you need them but also respect the need for privacy. The small refrigerator in the dining room is always stocked with drinks and yogurt and there is a basket of fresh fruit and power bars for you to have when you need a little energy.

The location is convenient to the downtown area of London. This is a place that I will return to again and again. Thank you!!

The Woodfield is a Victorian B&B located in what may be the best neighbourhood in Canada. Start each day with a filling breakfast either hot or cold (your choice). My room had one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on and the walk in shower was a morning treat.

A copy of the local paper is available with your tea other coffee and your
hosts offer tips on places in the area to eat lunch or supper. The B&B is a 10 minute walk from down town, trendy Richmond Row, Victoria Park, The Art Gallery & the Grand Theatre. The three bedrooms are on the second floor with the breakfast room and television lounge on the main floor. Cold drinks are available in the mini fridge all hours. Front door and room keys are provided. I stayed in the West Room which was very quiet.

We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved the experience. Both Anne and Damian were delightful, caring, and humorous hosts. They were generous enough to accommodate special requests, and the two provided an elegant and very clean atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
